Your photos are yours.
Scenic Platforms ("KEVIN," "we," "us") built this app on a simple promise. The short version: your photos are yours, they are private to your account, and you can delete everything in one tap inside the app.
What we collect
- Wardrobe photos — pictures of clothing you upload so the app can recognize and organize your closet.
- Body photo (optional) — a full-body photo you may add so outfits can be rendered on you with virtual try-on. Never shown to any other user.
- Style inputs — your quiz answers, occasions, and the outfits you keep or skip. Used to personalize suggestions to your taste.
- Account data — an anonymous account ID by default; your email address only if you choose to link an account (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email).
- Location (while using the app) — used only to fetch local weather so suggestions match the day. We do not build a history of where you go.
- Purchase status — whether you have an active KEVIN Premium subscription. Payment itself is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card details.
- Usage and diagnostics — feature interactions, crash reports, and, with your permission, an advertising identifier (see Ads below).
- Gmail receipts (optional, off by default) — if you choose to connect Gmail, the app looks only at order-confirmation emails to suggest adding clothes you bought. Access tokens stay on your device; we do not store your email content on our servers.
How AI processing works
To deliver the app's features, your photos and style inputs are processed by AI services acting on our behalf: Anthropic (Claude) for garment recognition and styling intelligence, Google (Gemini) and FASHN for generating try-on images and videos.
Processing happens through our secured cloud servers — API credentials never live in the app. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train our own models.
Ads and tracking
The free tier is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. If you allow tracking when iOS asks (App Tracking Transparency), an advertising identifier is used to show more relevant ads and measure performance — this is the only "tracking" in the app, and declining it simply means ads are non-personalized.
KEVIN Premium subscribers see no ads at all.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage) in the United States, encrypted in transit. Access is limited to your authenticated account, enforced by server-side security rules.
Deletion — one tap, everything.
This permanently removes your account, closet, body photo, style profile, and usage records. You can also email us (below) and we will delete your data within 30 days.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never show your photos to other users.
- We never read your email beyond order confirmations you explicitly connected.
- We never use your photos for advertising or model training.
Children
KEVIN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used KEVIN, contact us and we will delete the account.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we will note it in the app.
